Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 60 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Contact us by phone at 888-975-0405 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that must appear on the return package. Essentialware will email a prepaid shipping label for the return package.
You must request a return, credit, or exchange within 60 days of the receipt of the product. Please have your purchase documentation available when you call. Private labeled, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
Essentialware further warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on the date of shipment. This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure, or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care.
